You were born of Tabs two years ago and became one of my favorite cats. I loved the way you would roll on your back and wait for me to pick you up. We would sit together on the porch swing and you would purr a song to me. On occasion you would leave for a few days on a hunt, always to come home to let me know you were ok. This morning before the sun had rose and the rain came down I saw your lifeless body laying in the road. I ran to you but you were already gone. As I lifted your body and carried you, you let out your last breath. I held you like I did yesterday knowing that someday I will be able to hold you again....

I was so sorry to hear about Tabs' kitten. I also lost a cat a few years ago. Her name was Pepper. She "came" with the house. Because we already had some indoor cats and Pepper was fixed and used to living outdoors, I decided to let her live outdoors; although we kept a warm box and her food/water in our garage. She had some kind of accident that effected her tail and the nerves that connected with her spine. We had to put her to sleep. I was very sad, and we miss her so much.
I was also sad to hear about Bud. I know how scary it is with colic. Our horse, Murray (29 years old) suffered from that 2 years ago. I prayed, walked him, and had the vet come out twice to tube is stomach. He made it. I do believe that your thoughtful and very positive energy and heal...most of the time.
Keep up your wonderful work.
Sincerely,
Tracey Runde of Michigan
